PE
  • This course exposes students to various formats of physical exercises and practices for living a healthy life. Physical education is an integral part of the education program for all students. It teaches students how their bodies move and how to perform a variety of physical activities. Students learn the health-related benefits of regular physical activity and the skills to adopt a physically active, healthy lifestyle. This class will help students gain confidence, independence self-control, resilience and teach them how to set achievable goals.
 
Basketball/Grappling

Fencing
  • Fencing students will improve their skills in physical movement, self-control, practicing together, teamwork, one-on-one dueling, and battle strategies--including team on team games. The primary focus will be on practicing together and coaching each other.

 

Weight Training

  • Our Weight Training class is designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned lifters. With experienced guidance, our students will learn proper form, develop functional strength, and achieve their fitness goals in a supportive, motivating environment. This class enhances overall fitness and pushes you to reach your full potential.
