This course exposes students to various formats of physical exercises and practices for living a healthy life. Physical education is an integral part of the education program for all students. It teaches students how their bodies move and how to perform a variety of physical activities. Students learn the health-related benefits of regular physical activity and the skills to adopt a physically active, healthy lifestyle. This class will help students gain confidence, independence self-control, resilience and teach them how to set achievable goals.

- Fencing students will improve their skills in physical movement, self-control, practicing together, teamwork, one-on-one dueling, and battle strategies--including team on team games. The primary focus will be on practicing together and coaching each other.
