Enroll today at Phoenix Charter School!

Phoenix Charter School is a public high school in the Roseburg School District and is open to all students in Douglas County. We enroll students in grades 8 through 12, as well as students seeking a GED. Enrollment is never competitive, and we do not charge tuition.  We accept students on a space available basis upon receipt of a complete enrollment packet.

Returning Students

  • If you are a current student and would like to return for the 2024-25 school year, please complete all of the registration documents through the Online Registration Process in ParentVue.  You can access our Online Registration Site here.

New Students

  • If you would like to enroll at Phoenix Charter School for the 2024-25 school year, please complete this Intent to Enroll Form and email or drop off the completed form to Alyssa in the Front Office (adavis@roseburgphoenix.com). 
  • Once we have received your Intent to Enroll form, we will contact you for an informational interview and you will need to complete all of the registration documents online through the Online Registration Process in ParentVue. You can access our Online Registration Site here .
